Charles S. Eubank, Jr. (Chuck) President, and CEO of AquilaVision.
Mr. Eubank is a veteran of the United States Navy. Earning the position of Petty Officer, Mr. Eubank served his county for two combat tours of duty in Viet Nam working in the Admiral staff, with the Commander Cruiser Destroyer Group 7th fleet. After serving in the Navy, Mr. Eubank obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science from Principia College. Mr. Eubank worked for the Town of Alta, Utah holding several positions including Public Works Director, Town Manager/Assistant to the Mayor, and after graduating from Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST), became a Deputy Marshall for the Town of Alta. Using his learned management skills from the town of Alta, Mr. Eubank became President of the family business Eubank Insurance and Bonds. Since his involvement with Eubank Insurance, Mr. Eubank has served as a business consultant for small business in the areas of marketing, problem solving, and solution management. Mr. Eubank has extensive community service while serving with the Boy Scouts of America. He has held many positions including Scoutmaster for 20 years, Wood Badge Scoutmaster/Course Director, Council Vice President, and Unit, District and Council Commissioner. Mr. Eubank is responsible for the vision, direction and overall corporate Strategy of AquilaVision.

Sheriff Bill Slaughter is the Director of Public Safety Solutions. Most recently Mr. Slaughter served as the Director of Corrections for Montana under Governors’ Judy Martz and Brian Schweicher. In 1991 Mr. Slaughter served as Gallatin County Sheriff until 2001. Mr. Slaughter has extensive experience while serving on the following boards and committees: Montana Homeland Security Taskforce, Montana Law Enforcement Academy Advisory Council, Montana Sheriff’s & Peace Officers Association, Montana Board of Crime Control, Board of Private Security Patrol officers and Investigators, Gallatin County’s 911 Administrative Board, Missouri River Drug Task Force, and the FBI CJIA Board. Mr. Slaughters past law enforcement experience is unsurpassed by most and his dedication to safe communities continues even after retiring from Public Service.

Lawrence W. Lass, Ph. D., Chief Scientist for AquilaVision. Dr. Lass has established a management plan for U.S.D.A. / A.P.H.I.S. Common Crupina Eradication Program and U.S.D.A. / A.R.S Yellow Starthistle Control Projects. Dr. Lass helped develop the CAD-based mapping tool which has become nationally recognized GIS software. In addition Dr. Lass served as the project leader for development of protected map data exchange on the web funded by D.O.E. and Lockheed/Martin. Dr. Lass is also the Co-Principal Investigator for the Idaho geo-library and web server and for NASA grant “Development and Implementation of Remote Sensing Technology”. Dr. Lass’s publications include 12 journal articles, 3 symposia, 2 extension publications, 61 progress reports, 23 abstracts, 1 book chapter, and 9 citations for work on animal research and cartographic projects related to GIS and Remote Sensing.
